Vantage Dispatch

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Vantage Dispatch (“Dispatch”, “we”, “us”) is a platform operated by Vantage Strategy that businesses use to create, schedule, and publish their marketing content to their connected social and email channels. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. We use Clerk, our authentication provider, to manage sign-in. Through Clerk we receive and store your email address, name, and profile image. Your password (or social-login credential) is held by Clerk, not by us.

Business profile. During onboarding you may provide your business name, industry, location, services, and timezone. We use these to personalize your workspace and, when you use AI-assisted drafting, to tailor its suggestions.

Campaign content. The content you create and upload — post copy, images, videos, campaign briefs, canvas layouts, recipient selections, and scheduled posts. If you use our optional AI-assist features, we also store the draft suggestions they produce, your edits to them, and the prompts you provide for media generation.

Connected channel credentials. When you connect a publishing channel (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Bluesky, Discord, or email), we store the credentials needed to publish on your behalf — such as OAuth access and refresh tokens, app passwords, or webhook URLs. All such secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

Recipient lists. If you use email campaigns, we store the recipient addresses and sender identity you provide so we can deliver on your instructions.

Feedback and preferences. In-product satisfaction ratings (with your name and email at the time of submission), and, if you use AI drafting, writing-style preferences inferred from your edits to drafts, used solely to improve your future drafts.

Technical data. Standard server logs and identifiers needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate Dispatch: authenticate you, store the content you create, publish and schedule that content to the channels you connect, send the email campaigns you schedule, provide optional AI-assisted drafting and media generation when you request them, remember your writing preferences, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to advertise to anyone.

3. Optional AI features

Dispatch’s core function is publishing content you compose yourself, which involves no AI processing. If you choose to use our optional AI-assist features — draft suggestions, image generation, or video generation — the inputs you provide for that feature (briefs, drafts, edits, media prompts, and relevant business profile details) are sent to AI providers via their commercial APIs, solely to produce your requested output: Anthropic (text), OpenAI (text embeddings and images), and Kling (video). This happens only when you use those features. We do not use your content to train models of our own.

4. Who we share information with

We share data only with the service providers required to run Dispatch: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database hosting), Railway (application hosting), Redis (job queues), Resend (email delivery), and, when you use AI features, the providers listed in §3 — each bound by their own commercial and data-protection terms.

When you publish or schedule content to a connected platform (such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, Bluesky, or Discord), that content and the associated account identifiers are transmitted to that platform and are then governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred data.

5. Your recipients’ data

If you upload or enter recipient email addresses, you are responsible for having the right to contact those people. We process recipient data only on your instructions, to deliver the campaigns you schedule, and we never use your recipients’ addresses for our own purposes.

6. Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently deletes your campaigns, drafts, media library, channel credentials, scheduled posts, preferences, and reviews — removal cascades through our database by design. Disconnecting an individual channel deletes its stored credentials. To request deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at mjkamdar04@gmail.com.

7. Security

Channel secrets are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); data moves over TLS; internal services authenticate each other with signed tokens; and authentication is handled by Clerk, which supports two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we design so that a single compromised component exposes as little as possible.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at mjkamdar04@gmail.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children

Dispatch is a business tool, not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email.
